Shipping costs will depend on the carrier and location. Pick up is also an option for local customers. Though all sales are final, if your product is damaged or if something doesn’t quite seem right with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to correct it.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of candles and wax melts:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can evaluate a replacement or refund at our discretion.
