These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)govern the purchase of candles and wax melts (“Products”) sold online by Sassy Pines, LLC (“we, “us”, “our”). By placing an order through our website or online platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

  • All candles and wax melts are hand-crafted or small-batch produced.

  • Variations in color, scent strength, and appearance are normal and do not constitute defects.

  • Product descriptions, scent notes, and burn times are provided as estimates only.

 

2. Candle & Wax Melt Safety Disclaimer

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Keep candles and wax melts away from children, pets, flammable material, and drafts.

  • Always follow the care and safety instructions provided with each Product.

  • We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use of Products.

  • Wax melts are not for consumption.

 

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

 

4. Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 20 calendar days unless otherwise noted.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of candles and wax melts:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can evaluate a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

6. Allergies & Sensitivities

  • Our Products may contain fragrance oils and essential oils.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

  • Please review ingredient information carefully before purchasing.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use or misuse of our Products.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.

  • All content, product names, photos, and branding are the property of Sassy Pines, LLC and may not be used without written permission.
